rxrpc: rxkad: Remove redundant variable offset

Variable offset is being assigned a value from a calculation
however the variable is never read, so this redundant variable
can be removed.

Cleans up the following clang-analyzer warning:

[clang-analyzer-deadcode.DeadStores].
